Recharter 2023

Welcome to the 2022 Pack 887 Recharter!

It is time to commit to the 2023 year! The Scout year runs from November (2022) through October (2023). All current scouts are paid through October 2022.

We are excited about the year that is planned. We have a healthy pack size of approximately 60 Scouts. To run a Pack of this size, it takes many dedicated volunteers, enthusiastic Pack Leaders, and engaged Scouts. In addition, to support the achievement/scout shop purchases, Blue and Gold Banquet, pinewood derby, camping, pack expenses, den expenses, operating costs, events, and other fun activities, we need to have a predictable budget.

We thank you for your time and support in providing our Scouts fun and meaningful experiences year after year. We look forward to new adventures and starting another year of Scouting with all of you!

What We Need From You:

  1. Complete the Google Enrollment Form

  2. Complete and hand in the Annual Health Forms A&B

  3. Complete and hand in the Family Talent Survey

  4. If your Scout is NOT selling popcorn, please pay the annual dues of $325 before September 26th. Payment can be made by check payable to Pack 887 or on our website at https://www.pack887naperville.com/shoppe

    Please note that there is a service charge when paying online.

  5. If your Scout IS selling popcorn, a percentage of your Scout's sales will go towards the annual dues. The final day to sell for credits is October 31st. When popcorn sales are over, we will contact you with your discounted amount which you can pay via check made payable to Pack 887.

When to Turn in Forms

1. Anytime before September 26th Enrollment Form.
2. Bring Annual Health Forms A&B forms to Cub Master’s house or the September pack meeting on September 20th.
3. All forms are due by Monday, September 26th.

How to Pay Your Fee

1. Not selling popcorn? Drop check off at Committee Chair’s house or bring a check to the September pack meeting.
2. Not selling popcorn? Payment in full at our website. Please note that there is a service charge when paying online. https://www.pack887naperville.com/shoppe

3. Selling Popcorn? The final day to sell for credits is October 31st. Payment of your discounted amount must be paid by check only. You will receive this amount when sales are over.
