1. Volunteers Check-in and complete day of set up for racing – 8:00
a. Make sure track is ready and all cars are staged in racks for racing/voting
b. Make sure computer is set up for race software and projector
2. Racers and fans should arrive to vote for their favorite car starting @8:15
3. Flag Ceremony @ 8:50
4. Welcome and opening announcements @ 9:00-9:15
5. 1st Den Race @ 9:15 – 9:30 Lions
6. 2nd Den Race @ 9:30 - 9:45 Wolves
7. 3rd Den Race @ 9:45 – 10:00 Tigers
8. 4th Den Race @ 10:00 – 10:15 Webelos
9. 5th Den Race @ 10:15 – 10:30 Bears
10. 6th Den Race @ 10:30 – 10:45 AOL
11. Siblings Race @10:45 – 11:00
12. First round of awards @ 11:00 – 11:15
13. Pack Final Race @ 11:15 – 11:30
14. Final awards and any announcements @ 11:30 – 11:45
15. Clean up and leave 11:45 – 12:15

As a reminder, your finished cars should be dropped off by den as outlined below:

Lions & Wolves should drop off/check in their cars on or before January 31st
Tigers – On or before February 1st
Bears – On or before February 2nd
Webelos & AOL – On or before February 3rd
Note: if you have scouts in more than 1 den, you can bring all cars at the same time.
